Tuesday is an AI-powered daily ritual intelligence app operated by Madhusudhan Madhulla ("we", "us", "our"), an individual based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Our website is gettuesday.app.

What This Policy Covers

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit gettuesday.app or join our waitlist, why we collect it, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have over it.

This policy applies to all users globally, including users in India (governed by the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the DPDP Rules, 2025), the European Union and United Kingdom (governed by GDPR), and California, USA (governed by CCPA/CPRA).

What Data We Collect

When you join our waitlist, we collect:

• Your name

• Your email address

• Your role type (e.g. designer, developer, founder, etc.)

• The date and time you submitted the form

• Your approximate location (country-level only, derived from your IP address)

When you visit our website, we automatically collect:

• IP address

• Browser type and version

• Pages visited and time spent

• Referring URL

• Device type (desktop or mobile)

We do not collect your phone number, payment information, or any sensitive personal data at this stage.

For Indian users: We process your personal data based on your free, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent as required under Section 6 of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Analytics and Cookies

We use the following analytics tools on gettuesday.app:

• Framer Analytics — built-in website analytics provided by Framer Inc. Collects page views and visitor data.

• Google Analytics — collects usage data including pages visited, time on site, and device information. Google may transfer this data to servers in the United States.

These tools use cookies and similar tracking technologies. Non-essential cookies (including analytics cookies) are only placed after you give your consent via our cookie banner.

You can opt out of Google Analytics at any time by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Email Communications

We use Loops.so (operated by Loops Software Inc.) to manage our waitlist and send emails. When you join our waitlist, your email address is stored on Loops' servers, which are hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure in the United States.

We will send you:

1. A confirmation email when you join the waitlist

2. Updates about Tuesday's launch and development

3. Your early access invitation when Tuesday is ready

We will never send you unsolicited marketing emails unrelated to Tuesday. You can unsubscribe from all communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send you.

Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with advertisers. We share it only with the following service providers who help us operate the product:

Each of these providers has their own privacy policy and data protection practices. For EU/UK users, transfers to the USA are made under appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses.

Data Retention

We retain your email address and waitlist data for as long as Tuesday is in operation, or until you unsubscribe and request deletion. If you unsubscribe, we will delete your data within 30 days.

Analytics data is retained for 26 months and then automatically deleted.

Your Rights

Regardless of where you are located, you have the following rights:

• Access — You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

• Correction — You can ask us to correct inaccurate data.

• Deletion — You can ask us to delete your data. We will comply within 30 days.

• Withdrawal of consent — You can withdraw your consent to receive emails at any time by unsubscribing or emailing us.

• Portability — You can request your data in a machine-readable format.

For EU/UK users (GDPR): You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

For California users (CCPA/CPRA): You have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete it, and the right to opt out of any sale of your data. We do not sell your data.

For Indian users (DPDP Act 2023): You have the right to obtain information about your personal data, correct or erase your data, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting the legality of processing before withdrawal.

Children's Privacy

Tuesday is not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted their data to us, contact us immediately at privacy@gettuesday.app and we will delete it promptly.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. Your email address is stored on Loops' platform which is SOC 2 Type II certified and ISO 27001:2022 audited. Our website is protected by Cloudflare's security infrastructure.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach that affects your rights, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as Tuesday grows and new features are added. We will notify you of material changes by email and by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our waitlist after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
